3. Opt-Out and Support

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Payments and Damages

We reserve the right to bill the payment method on file for necessary repairs or specialized cleaning resulting from guest conduct.

5. Limitation of Liability

Caroga Creekside Living LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your stay. Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
